Where can I buy TMNT birthday party supplies?
Party supplies should be widely available now in the USA at retail chains like Target, Wal-Mart, Party City and Toys R Us. Unfortunately we don't have vendor information for any other countries.One of the most important pieces of information that we ask for on the order form is your party date. We need to know how soon you'll be needing your order, especially if you'll be sending out invitations.

Do they make Buffy birthday party supplies?
I have not seen any party supplies with a Buffy theme. If anyone finds paper plates, cups, table cloths, etc. with a Buffy theme, please email me at We only include party supplies in the Extreme Gala Package, but party supplies can be added for an addional fee to any of the other packages if desired.

If I place my order express, will it go out the same day?
All express orders will ship out the same day if ordered before 12:00 PM EST. Otherwise, your order will ship the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends, this is determined by carriers. To calculate the arrival time of your package, please do not count the day the package ships.All orders sent via standard shipping will be received with 7 to 10 business days. Plum Party orders ship within 48 hours from the day the order is placed. We cannot make any changes to the order within this period unless an item is on backorder. If you need the items for a specific date which falls within 7 to 10 business days, please choose 4-day express shipping. If I do not like your photo packages, can I request my own?
Yes, our photo packages are designed to give you the best value, but if you require a different amount of provided photos, we can assist you in a customed package just for you.

What if I don't like what I ordered?
You know when you order something online or from a catalogue, and you can't touch it or see it, and it arrives, and it turns out to be even better than you had thought? That's the feeling that we hope you have when you receive your order. But if isn't what you had thought it would be, please let us know. You can return it.We try very hard not to let that happen, but sometimes we sell out of something quicker than our suppliers can ship more to us. That's especially true with a new release. If you've ordered an item that's out of stock, we'll let you know right away.
