Can I have my own custom logo printed on the ribbons?
Yes, we accept custom logos on most of our products. There is a plate charge for most of our ribbons when using your own artwork. This is a one-time fee, so in the future you will not have to pay for the plate again and you can use it to print your custom logo on ribbons as many times as you want. Please allow 4-5 days to make the plate and 2-3 days for printing the ribbons. How long before we can expect our order?
Generally, if the items are in stock, we ship out orders in 1-3 days after we receiving payment. If items are on backorder, we normally ship out 7-10 days after receiving an order. Finished favors take 3-6 weeks, depending on the size of the order.
